This error is often caused by incorrect file permissions (e.g. granting anonymous visitors the ability to view the file). Sometimes that's intentional, sometimes not.

Stuff to try:

• Go back and click the link again
• If you're using a password, try it again
• If you have FTP access, try to fix the file permissions (655 is usually a good bet)
• Ask am I supposed to be in here?
